Refunds And Cancellation Policy:

Your satisfaction is our main concern. We want to make sure that you are no less than 100% satisfied every time we clean your home. Cleaning And Things does not offer refunds. In the unfortunate event that a client is not happy with the service provided, the issue must be raised with us within 24hrs of completion of the service. Once we establish the claim is reality-based, we will rectify the issues at no extra cost to the client within 72hrs. We will do our best to make it right!

There will be a $50 cancellation/no-show fee if you are unable to make your appointment without giving us at least a 24 hour notice.
